Organization Management Rhythm (part 8.1): Products Produced – By Day
This article is part 8.1 of a series of articles on Organization Management Rhythm.
There will be two versions of the daily calendar that are produced. The one that will be used the most is the typical day to day view. This will not change unless approved by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) through the Organization Management Rhythm Manager (OMRM). The other type that will be produced on a day by day basis is the “Special”, “Emergency”, “Holiday”, or others as directed that utilize special cases for the daily planning.

Next part (part 8.2): Products Produced – By Decision Level.
