Zheng Dao is currently serving as Senior Associate (Knowledge & Records Management) with the Ministry of Finance, Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Global Affairs from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is now further pursuing the Master of Science in Knowledge Management with NTU. He is keen to learn from and exchange views on best practices with KM academics, researchers and practitioners.
