Chris Zielinski

Chris is a Visiting Fellow and Lecturer in Global Health at the University of Winchester (UK). He leads the Partnerships in Health Information (Phi) programme (www.phiglobal.org), a development consultancy working in the areas of evaluation, health and information policy, open access, knowledge management, copyright and ethics. Chris is also President-elect of the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). He has held senior positions at the World Health Organization and other UN organizations in Vienna, Geneva, Rome, Egypt, India, Zimbabwe and the Congo. He has also been CEO of the Authors Licensing and Collecting Society – the copyright society for British authors – and has held a number of elected and honorary appointments related to media, digital and ethical issues.
