Since college, Tracy Maurer has always worked in technical roles or for technology companies. The roles she has held include sales, purchasing, technical writing, business analysis, product management, and community management.
Tracy has supported a Jive community platform since 2010, specializing in upgrades, training / documentation, and user assistance, and she was a participant in that community for a year and a half before joining the support team. Her expertise remains troubleshooting, creative solutions to problems, training, and content/knowledge management. She even went so far as to get a Master’s certificate in Learning and Organizational Change to better ground her approaches.
Originally from the U.S. state of Michigan, Tracy has also lived in Minnesota, and most recently (14 years ago) settled in northeast Ohio. She loves her cats, running, and spending time with her family.
