KM transformation must consider “how” we do things, and not just “what” we do (KMSG18 keynote)

I was very pleased to participate in the recent Knowledge Management Singapore 2018 (KMSG18) conference, on behalf of RealKM Magazine. I experienced an excellent range of presentations and discussions, and made some great connections.
