Eugene Victorov is an experienced knowledge manager based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. For the last four years he has worked for an oil and gas company, and his prior experience includes knowledge management (KM) consulting in a global consulting firm, as well as KM roles in IT, recruitment and fast-moving consumer good (FMCG) industries.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Informatics with KM related degree thesis defended back in 2008. Eugene leads the biggest Russian speaking KM community (“Knowledge Management in Russian”) and has led the research of applicability of IT tools for knowledge management.
His current research topics include critical knowledge identification and knowledge mapping.
