Announcing the new RealKM Cooperative!

In a previous article, RealKM founder Stephen Bounds outlined plans to formally transition RealKM to a community-owned model.

We’re pleased to announce that RealKM Cooperative Limited has now been registered! This follows an inaugural meeting on 8 February 2019, at which Stephen Bounds, Bruce Boyes, and Arthur Shelley were elected as directors. A big thanks to Stephen for progressing the cooperative arrangements.

For 99% of the readers of RealKM Magazine, very little will change. However, the switch to a cooperative model provides a way for our greatly valued patrons and supporters who wish to be more actively engaged to do so. We’ll soon be letting you know how you can do this.
