Xinyue Zhu

Xinyue Zhu, from Zhejiang, China, holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Tourism Management from the Macau University of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Knowledge Management at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. In the past phases, she worked for the Municipal Cultural and Tourism Bureau as a Marketing and Supervisory Specialist, where she was responsible for planning and implementing innovative marketing strategies for local travel agencies and hotels. In addition, she oversaw the operations of several emerging hotels, ensuring that they complied with industry standards and contributed to the improvement of the quality of service provided by these hotels. Her efforts have resulted in the successful accreditation of seven hotels as three- and four-star hotels, while three restaurants and hotels have been awarded the Golden Laurel and Silver Laurel certifications.
