Wang Qiwei

Wang Qiwei is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Knowledge Management at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Shenzhen University. She has gained experience in talent acquisition, industry research and analysis, and has explored the evolving integration of AI+HRM practices, particularly in the internet and technology sectors. Through her involvement in recruitment strategy and research projects, she is particularly interested in how knowledge management can enhance organizational learning and operational effectiveness. She remains attentive to emerging applications of AI in both business and daily life, and is committed to approaching these developments through a reflective and knowledge-driven lens.
