I’m a Californian living in Stockholm, Sverige (Sweden). I have worked for Spotify, Fitbit, Disney, Apple, and a bunch of failed startups. I currently work for InVision. You might not have heard of it, but your designer friends most certainly have. I have built API-focused products, teams, and businesses. Failures have taught me much. Successes have taught me more. I value high-functioning and psychologically safe working environments. I was one of the first people to promote developer experience as a research design discipline. Over 15 conferences on four continents have invited me to speak about the software engineering, business strategy, and developer experience of Web APIs.
