Call for submissions: Innovation, Diversity, and Inclusion in Organizational Management
How can organizations foster innovation while creating truly diverse and inclusive workplaces?
Professor Luna Leoni has shared the call for submissions for a new Special Issue on “Innovation, Diversity, and Inclusion in Organizational Management”, for which she is serving as one of the Guest Editors.
The Special Issue explores the intersection between innovation, diversity, and inclusion, examining how organizations can transform diversity into a source of creativity, learning, resilience, and sustainable competitive advantage.
The Guest Editors invite scholars from different disciplines and methodological traditions to contribute to this conversation and advance our understanding of how innovation and inclusion can reinforce one another.
