In the know: Indigenous Knowledge Protocols for Non-Indigenous People | Reblooming the Knowledge Movement book
In the know is a regular roundup of knowledge management (KM) topics of discussion and the articles, events, videos, and podcasts that are grabbing the attention of KM experts across our community.
Protocols for Non-Indigenous People Working With Indigenous Knowledge
The Protocols for Non-Indigenous People Working With Indigenous Knowledge are for people and groups who want to utilise Indigenous Knowledge in their projects and organisations, safely and with integrity when invited into ritual spaces and cultural activity.
The protocols were created through research by the Indigenous Knowledge Systems Lab at Australia’s Deakin University.

Reblooming the Knowledge Movement: The Democratization of Organizations book
Mountain Quest has opened up the book Reblooming the Knowledge Movement: The Democratization of Organizations as a freely downloadable knowledge resource, in support of learning from the past and embracing the future.
Early thought leaders in the field of knowledge management (KM) form the foundation of the book. This means that the perspectives put forward are anchored in organizational KM when the field of KM is much wider than this, and in western thought when the decolonization of knowledge and KM are now being advanced. However, the book is still of considerable value.
