“KM practitioners helping each other” – KM peer mentoring program 2025-26

Are you a knowledge management (KM) practitioner, new in the field, and/or with a particular KM challenge you really wish you had help with?

Or are you an experienced KM’er, who would like to “pay it forward” by sharing your time and KM expertise, over 10 months and for free?

Then this invitation is for YOU!

We are looking for:

  • Volunteer KM Mentors
  • KM’ers wishing to be Mentees, and
  • KM’ers wishing to be both Mentor/Mentee at the same time.

The KM Peer Mentoring Program is a joint collaboration of the hashtag KM4Dev and SIKM Leaders communities of KM practitioners. It is an annual program that takes place from March to February of the following year and provides selected Mentees with 9-12 personally-tailored, mutually-agreed, monthly one-on-one calls with a designated Mentor, depending on the requested KM expertise.

This invitation is open to all KM’ers, from any KM Community, and of all levels of KM experience.
Interested?  Apply above by Friday, 28 March 2025.

Last year we were able to pair 82 mentees with 58 volunteer mentors. Hope we can have more mentors this year. We’d be grateful if you can participate.
