Tacit knowledge management (TKM) has become more and more important in today’s society. However, there is no Code of Ethics & Conducts for TKM yet, while a lot of related issues arise in TKM daily work.

As a global NGO, the Global Think-Tank for Organizational Tacit Knowledge Management (GO-TKM) is taking the lead to open the discussion and gain insight from various experts to see how to build the basic principles for a Code of Ethics & Conducts for all TKM professionals in the future.
