Monica is a passionate knowledge management expert, with over 20 years’ experience of using KM techniques to create smart, ambidextrous organizations, ones that are able to learn from experience in order to move forward at pace. Monica has worked in many areas of KM, from policy and governance through to strategy, vision and overall transformation.
Most recently Monica has used communities of practice to support the transformation of the UK’s largest bank which has resulted in an award from the Henley Business School.
