Joe Koskey is the Director of the Army Knowledge Management Proponent Office (AKM-PO) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He is responsible for program management for force modernization of knowledge management across the Total Army. Prior to his arrival to the AKM-PO he was the senior civilian Knowledge Management Officer for the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) at Fort Shafter, Hawaii responsible for theater level KM strategic planning, assessment, coordination, implementation and integration across the Pacific area of operations.
