Personal Knowledge Management: From you to the enterprise

In a presentation to the SIKM Leaders Community, I discuss what Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) is in the enterprise, and how to take PKM to Team Knowledge Management (TKM) and Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM). A key to this progression is searchability.

SIKM Leaders (Systems Integration KM Leaders Community) is a community of knowledge management (KM) leaders from around the world. It was created in 2005 and is open to all KM practitioners. The goal is to share experiences and insights on implementing KM programs.
